How did God create human beings?
Consider a situation where you are in charge of some 10 people and they are working under you. You look after them, provides everything for them and their duty is to report to you on daily basis. One day they all decided that they would not report to you, though they take all benefits from you. They had decided to go on in their own ways. What will be your reaction to such a situation?
Certainly, any person will get wild and try to exert his power to make them obey. Now see how God reacts to this type of situation. He takes care of all and He does not demand anything in return. Jesus Christ said about the Father in heaven, “…for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil” (Luke 6:35). God has set the path for blessing and curse in front of the man. In short, God made all his spiritual beings and the man with a free will. Any creature without a free will cannot express its devotion and love towards God or anything. Imagine if we were robots, how boring our life would have been?
The greatest gift God has given us is our free will – a will to choose right and wrong, a will to choose and love people or any objects. How many of us will fall in love with automatic doors that open and close on our arrival at airports or in our company? Suppose if the same function was carried out by a person, then we would thank him. Why? We will certainly acknowledge and honour the decision and willingness of that person for opening the door for us. In the realm of searching for love, God is not different from man. God too is looking for love from His created beings. In other words, it shows that love is the greatest emotion in this universe and even God is looking for it from His own created beings. Perhaps it is no wonder why they say that a good family life is like heaven on earth. God always gave the choice to man and His spiritual beings to choose their ways.
