PRODUCTS DEVELOPED

  • Vegetables Soup Powder – which can be taken as a beverage in the morning instead of tea and coffee. Lowers cholesterol and body weight. 
  • Florence Wheat Porridge for diabetic patients. This product helps to manage diabetes. 
  • Dehydrated vegetables for nitrate supplementation in the Kerala diet.
  • Eggs for all. Matily Herbal Drink for increasing immunity. 
  • Development of nutritious Vada pav – an Everyman’s snacks.

  1. Presented a paper entitled “Your health is your responsibility”, at a seminar organized by the Institute of Technology Management at Navi Mumbai.
  1. Presented a talk on “Bhagavad Gita- A Christian perspective” at the Institute of Technology Management, Navi Mumbai in 2014.
  1. Presented a paper entitled “Promoting Solar Energy in Rural areas”  at International Conference on Global Warming organized by Santhigiri Ashram, Thiruvanthapuram in 2010. The paper highlighted the importance of vegetable drying to increase shelf life. 
  1. Was a resource person to speak on Solar Energy during short-term training of Engineering College Teachers, held at Sarasvati Engineering College, Kharghar.
